Join the Guild Freelancers by filling out a Membership Application.  The application can be filled out on your computer.  After filling out the application, print it, sign it and mail it to the Guild at:

Dues
Membership dues are $12 per month ($144 per year) with a one time $10 initiation fee. Members have full CWA voting rights and immediate access to a wide variety of Union Plus services, grants and discounts.
